Don’t Hate, MEDITATE

Meditation does not have to be complicated or hard to do, one only needs to tune in to their inner vibration for a few moments each day (believe me, I am a challenged meditator here, haha).

Breathe deeply, become aware of your inner space and listen quietly.

Do not try to direct it, just listen.

The rhythm of your own heart will share with you what you need to know. 🙂

When you are experiencing emotions that lower your vibration like fear, hate, anger, frustration,

jealousy and the like (and we ALL feel them! lol),

take just a few moments to breathe into your body and ask the angels for help processing and releasing these toxic emotions.

The angels want to help you feel better and when you take the time to just breathe and be in your body,

you will find that negative emotions will not overwhelm you so much and can be easily released through the chakra system.
